Ethical organizations exist for others: For people, communities, and places. It's about more than just the bottom line. It's about working towards a world you believe in. But in a time with so many competing priorities and ideas, it can be difficult to stay on track. It can be difficult to let go.
Strategy work focuses on defining the things that are most important. It's about dedicating resources to the most impactful work. Deepening your roots in your community over time. Making the tough decisions when times get rough. It's about spending time on the things that matter most.

I Offer Mini Consulting Sessions for Small Teams
SESSION OVERVIEW
Mini sessions focus on one specific topic. This way we can work on what's top of mind without being tied into a strict consulting contract.
The goal is not to solve every problem in a single session (strategy work takes time!). Instead, it's about giving your team a sense of direction, and helping you plan next steps.
SESSION TOPICS
I focus on ethical strategy & building long-term sustainability.
- How do we define success?
- How can we scale impact while staying true to our values?
- How can we work towards our long-term goals while staying afloat?
- What are our priorities for the next 1–3 years? The next 5–10?
SESSION STRUCTURE
1. Prepare
We'll start by defining the specific topic that you want to explore. I'll prepare a plan for our working session together. You'll have time to assemble relevant materials & complete any pre-work.
2. Work
We'll spend a 1-hour working session together. I'll facilitate a series of activities, conversations, and reflection exercises. We'll create visual diagrams to help your team work through problems and identify opportunities.
3. Reflect
I'll follow-up with a summary of our session & additional resources. I'll design custom tools to help your team continue the work.

My background lies across design strategy, psychology, engineering, data science, and educational design. I have 7+ years of experience working with teams to define priorities, clarify goals, and deepen impact.
I’ve worked with non-profits, public institutions, and industry leaders. But what I love most is working with small teams with a passion. The teams that are willing to go against the norm, to take chances, and to work in line with their values.
